Sunday Services
Our Sunday morning service starts at 9:00am. It aims to gather the entire congregation of all ages around the teaching of the Bible. We sing, pray, hear the Bible read and explained, and share in the sacraments of baptism and the Lords Supper together.
Our Sunday evening service is a Service with a specific purpose, of remembering our mission as a Church to “Go and make disciples of All nations” (Matthew 28:19). We pray for missionaries our Church has sent and supports in our country and around the world, as well as remember in prayer believers being persecuted for their faith. Occasionally we have missionaries visit. We also do Bible teaching specifically on our mission and prayer for it.
Small Groups
Small groups do Bible studies and more.
We encourage all who make St Johns their spiritual home, to join a small group as a place they can get to know other believers, enjoy relationships of care, love and prayer, and study and apply the Bible specifically to their lives. Our groups gather at different times on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Please contact the Church Office to find a group at a best time and place for you.
Current Study 2026
Join us as we study “7 Letters“.
A Message from Jesus to the Church Today.
In Revelation 2-3, we hear exactly what the risen Christ said to seven churches. Some were under persecution, like the writer John
imprisoned on an island, just like many believers around the world today. Other Churches were comfortable, yet compromised, blending in with the surrounding culture, not facing much hostility, because they were not all that different.
Jesus speaks a Word of comfort and hope to those struggling in their faith, but also a Word of warning to those growing complacent. He reminds believers we can overcome through faith in his good news and assures us of the promises for those who overcome suffering and complacency.
To every church, He says: “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.” Each letter had a specific context in mind, but the Spirit’s message speaks to all believers in all churches, throughout history, even to us today.
Youth & Kids
We want to reach all generations in our neighborhood with the gospel, and ministry teams serve children and teenagers in building relationships with them and teaching them and applying Gods Word in the Bible to the specific stage of life they in.
